BOISE, Idaho – After two decades and 21 millionaires, the Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle is still the most widely anticipated game from the Idaho Lottery each year. Sales on the game began this morning at 4:00 a.m. Mountain Time.

“This is the twentieth anniversary for the very popular, annual holiday Lottery game that features two $1,000,000 top prizes,” said Andrew Arulanandam, Idaho Lottery Director. “Players should get their tickets early because this popular game will sell out fast. So, buy your Raffle tickets today, store them in a safe place and please remember to check them right after December 29, 2026.”

Last year’s version of the game sold out on the 11th of December, two weeks before Christmas.  There are only 500,000 tickets at $10 each for this year’s Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle, and when they’re gone, they’re gone.

In addition to the two $1,000,000 prizes, this year’s game also offers one $100,000 prize and one $50,000 prize. There are over 21,500 other prizes. To celebrate the game’s 20^th anniversary, this year’s Raffle features 20 daily, $1,000 winners drawn during the first 20 days of ticket sales chosen at random from the previous day’s sales. Players can also win $1,000 if they purchase one of the twenty, 25000^th tickets (numbered 025000, 050000, 075000, etc.) during the game.

Players who win $1,000 from one of the 25000^th tickets or one of the first twenty days’ $1,000 prizes must claim their prize at the Idaho Lottery offices in Boise. Their ticket will also remain eligible to win additional prizes in the Raffle, including the $1,000,000 top prizes.

Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle tickets will remain on sale until the last ticket is sold.  The announcement of the winning numbers is December 29, 2026, at 12:20 pm Mountain Time.
